Welcome to The Scale Reset

Please see the course introduction below, where I give you a snapshot of what this course looks like so that you can have a clear roadmap and understanding of what’s coming and when.

I’ll walk you through the steps of creating your own weight loss platform module by module with the end goal of a healthier relationship with food and the scale that is sustainable and flexible to fit the demands of a busy lifestyle.

But before we dive in, I want to make sure that you understand that this is my weight management platform. It’s what worked for me and thousands of clients over the years. It’s what I believe in and what I teach. Take from this course what resonates with you and build upon that. Make it your own.

Module One

In Module One, you’ll learn key strategies on how to build your weight loss platform by making yourself a priority every day.

You will learn four steps that are important in building your weight loss platform:

  1. Intentional journaling
  2. Goal setting
  3. How to flip the switch with food
  4. Meditation: mindfulness eating

This will be the foundation that you will build upon.

These steps that you take on a daily basis will empower you to make peace with the scale, food, and your body.

Module 2

In Module Two, you will learn two powerful transformational weight loss concepts:

  1. Blood sugar stabilization
  2. The power of anti-inflammatory foods

We will explore the Whole 30 Diet, gut health, healthy sugar swaps, and meditation to reframe unhealthy sugar behaviors.

Module 3

In Module Three, we put it all in motion.

  • Intermittent fasting (if that works for you) and the science behind it
  • How to eat based on the cues your body gives you
  • Meal prepping lunch (lunch being the biggest meal)
  • Dinner will be the lightest meal, and/or low carb
  • The magic of plant-based carbs
  • Vegan cheese
  • Creating a meal plan

Module 4

Module Four is all about menopause mastery.

  • Self-care
  • Intermittent fasting
  • Reducing sugar
  • Making nutrition a priority
  • Shifting your mindset
  • Exercise
  • Sample meal plan
